As part of the development team, the QA Analyst will be responsible for creating test cases and performing functional and integrated testing (writing and execution), reviewing and documenting defects and reporting them to the QA team leader while entering them into the targeted defect management tool. The QA Analyst will also assist in identifying the causes of imperfections and propose improvements.
- Write and execute test scenarios;
- Develop the data required for the tests;
- Participate in the testing process and in the correction of anomalies encountered;
- Carry out diagnostics of problems encountered;
- Participate in the implementation of quality assurance structures and processes;
- Adhere to established quality assurance processes.

- Experience in the following tasks:
- Use of ServiceNow, ideally ITSM/Incident/Interaction (essential);
- Participation and collaboration in team meetings throughout the product development cycle;
- Formulation of specifications to detect and prevent potential problems;
- Prioritization of test-related tasks;
- Creating test scenarios from use cases;
- Manual execution of tests;
- Documenting and tracking errors;
- Recommending improvements to the testing process.
- Important assets (not essential):
- Experience with data preparation and manipulation in a data management system (Oracle, SQL, etc.);
- Experience in the use or maintenance of automated testing systems;
- Experience using or maintaining test management systems (Jira, HP QC, etc.).
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
