**JOB TITLE**: People Administration (Co-op 4-8 month term) **DEPARTMENT**:People & Culture Team**
**Location**: Bracebridge **Job Type**: Full-Time/Contract
**We are currently seeking a passionate People Administrator Co-op student to join our People team.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
Under the supervision of the People & Safety Specialist and direction from the VP, the People Administrator will be responsible for the following.
- Actively learn all our people and culture policies and programs. Develop a quick note guide to aid in internal customer service inquiries.
- Aid brewery team members on general People programs and services. Help troubleshoot any program changes they may have or elevate their questions/challenges to the Specialist.
- Under the guidance of the Specialist, facilitate entry level recruitment and selection processes, complete all background checks and
- Work with the people team to lead our onboarding program.
- Work within our HRIS (UKG) data base to ensure key information is collected, accurate and administered into the system. This will include personal updates, training documents and tracking, staffing reports etc.
- Work with the people team to develop a UKG learning manual (how to guide) for future co-operative placements. Assist with recognition programs.
- Assist and preparation for various employee engagement activities including birthdays, awards, monthly meetings, seasonal decorating, luncheons, and staff day.
- Support with in drafting and sending communications.
- Our People team jumps in to support various areas of the brewery when needed, you may be asked to roll up your sleeves and assist in the taproom, events, or packaging.
**HEALTH AND SAFETY**:
- Actively learn our Health and Safety programs.
- Promote accident prevention within the brewery, and administer all safety training into UKG
- Administer safety minutes.
- Actively participate in our safe operations by providing feedback and suggestions to the People & Safety Specialist and the JHSC to contribute to the continuous improvements of our brewery.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Working towards or successful completion of a College or University degree. Specialization in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) essentials, and exposure to an HRIS
- Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple requests at one time while maintaining high attention to detail. in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic, dynamic individual with the ability to excel
**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Ability to work in a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days at the Brewery and the balance can be remotely (office tools provided)
