**Job Summary**

Steamworks North Shore is looking experienced Line Cooks preferably with breakfest/brunch experience. to join our kitchen team. This unique opportunity involves making amazing dishes in a fast pace and high quality restaurant. We are looking for a dynamic kitchen team members that will facilitate a fun, organized, spotless kitchen that produces amazing food. The Restaurant Team members must have a great positive attitude to work with both Front of house and Kitchen Team members to ensure our guests have the best possible experience every time they visit us.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Line Cooking
- Prepping in house made items and portioning items
- Make sure all items are executed correctly
- Execute private event menus
- Strong food knowledge and education
- May be required to help with inventory, counts and ordering
- Aid the kitchen with being held to the highest health and sanitation standards at all times

**Education and Experience Required**
- Food Safe Certification
- Experience in a kitchen
- First Aid Level 1 (an asset)

**Other Required Skills**
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to be self-directed and solve problems
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in English both orally and written

**Compensation**
- Agreed hired wage
- Bi-Weekly Cash Gratuities
- $5 Kitchen Meals

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
