**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and team coordination
- Create a clean, engaging, and welcoming store environment that reflects our brand values
- Consistently drive sales performance, meet and exceed revenue targets, and maximize profitability
- Inspire, coach, and support your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Conduct performance check-ins and provide ongoing feedback for growth and development
- Execute strategic initiatives to grow sales and customer engagement
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and minimize product shrinkage
- Oversee POS system transactions and ensure accurate cash handling
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to uphold our standards of excellence
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role (Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Lead, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the **wireless telecom industry** or a genuine passion to learn
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills with a hands-on approach
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for providing top-tier service
- Sales-driven with experience hitting targets and boosting store performance
- Proficient with POS systems, basic tech troubleshooting, and retail tools
- Skilled in time management, multitasking, and team development
- Confident in handling escalations, conflict resolution, and high-pressure situations
- Experience with hiring and building strong retail teams

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Freedom Mobile: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
