At **Bauer Coatings Ltd.**, we specialize in **new construction painting** — and we’re looking for an **experienced painter** who values precision, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll be part of a professional, fun, and hardworking team that delivers top-tier finishes on every project. Daily tasks include:

- Priming walls and prepping trim
- Filling holes, sanding, and caulking
- Masking and protecting surfaces
- Cutting in clean ceiling lines and rolling walls
- Performing final touch-ups to perfection

**What We’re Looking For**
- Have **experience in new construction painting**:

**Compensation & Hours**
- **$20-$25 per hour**, based on experience
- **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM**:

- **Overtime available**:

- Must have a **cell phone** and **reliable transportation**
