We are seeking a *Process Quality Technician *to join our *Team* for our state-of-the-art facility in London, Ontario. You will be responsible for guiding the Production team members through the correct setup of equipment to correspond with different products. Additionally, the Process Technician will troubleshoot Production equipment settings and operational activities to ensure the maximum number of graded slabs are produced. *Accountabilities:*
- Ensure quality of product to meet company quality standards.
- Participate in the efforts to improve Quality, productivity, efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.
- Work with production team on setup for different products.
- Troubleshoot quality issues and make setting adjustments to ensure product is being produced as per quality standards.
- Work with production team on any setting adjustments required during production to improve quality/ efficiency.
- Monitor all production runs and collect required data to analyze productivity and quality.
- Analyze product results and create summary report.
- Check and order tools and equipment required for quality check.
- Diagnose and solve process/ Quality related issues.
- Work with Production Supervisor and maintenance team members.
- Participate in all training required to improve job skill and efficiency.
- Create work orders using Breton PLC and maintain Breton Supervisor system.
- Support Raw Material quality checks when required.
- Support Development Department for new product development.
- Any other duties as required. *Skills & Experience*
- A Process, Quality or Engineering background is required.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing / Quality environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft office with a focus on Excel.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Detail oriented and proactive approach to trouble shooting.

- Experience working with SAP.
