**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is maintained throughout the sales process.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in technology sales and technical sales environments.
- Strong business development acumen with a focus on outside sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.

Pay: $33,456.92-$94,030.27 per year
