**Role**: Service and Logistics Supervisor
**Status**: Regular, Full Time
**Reports to**: Senior Manager - Commercial Service and Logistics
**Division**: Enercare Commercial Services
Summary
The Service and Logistic Supervisor is responsible for working with our Service Technicians and teams to provide leadership, guidance, data recording, health and safety support and any other support that they may need to perform their job to the best of their abilities while maintaining or exceeding company standards. Responsible for working with HVAC staff on communications and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices for Commercial Services. This position works as a support role for HVAC Service Technicians in areas that require special attention for training, data tracking, call volume and documentation performance. **Responsibilities Include**:

- Responsible for data compiling and quality review of the final documentation received from technicians for different metering projects.
- Responsible for scheduling technicians and liaising with the clerical team to keep maintenances and service call volumes aligned with projected yearly data.
- Responsible for tracking all health and safety data for technicians.
- Keeps records of work orders, inventory and expenditures
- Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
- Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
- Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts.
- Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
- Compile operational or personnel records, such as time and production records, inventory data, repair or maintenance statistics, or test results.
- Oversee Service Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities, including dispatching, parts ordering, and supervision of service technicians.
- Enhance Operational Efficiency: Utilize your proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar tools to streamline processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC systems or equivalent education.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to identify, plan, organize, prioritize in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic project environment with changing priorities.
- Must have working knowledge of common software packages including. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Clarify and the Internet.
- Experience with Gers, Clarify, IFS.
- Possess a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and assist others.
- Attentive to detail, strong focus on customer service, friendly and approachable.
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly with mínimal support and supervision.
- Result oriented, achieving high levels of individual and team performance.
