Supervisor, Logistics Join the dynamic team at Humber River Health , North America’s first fully digital hospital, serving a community of 850,000 residents in North West Toronto. As a member of the Procurement and Logistics Department, you will lead the way toward high‑reliability care by supervising logistics staff, managing Meditech Materials Management System, and developing policies to improve efficiency and patient care. Employment details Employment Status: Temporary Full‑time Duration: November 2027 Hours of Work: Must be available on days Location: Humber River Health, Wilson Site Labor Group: Non‑Union Reporting Relationship: Manager, Procurement and Logistics Department Responsibilities Supervision of logistics staff Manage Meditech Materials Management System for inventory, ordering and receiving Research and develop policies/procedures Track service contract performance Staff training Other duties as assigned Requirements Business Administration Diploma required Preferred background in finance/accounting Supply Chain Management Association – Ontario (SCMAO) preferred 3 years of inventory and supply chain supervisory experience preferred Experience in a computerized healthcare environment preferred MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required Knowledge of healthcare systems required Knowledge and applied experience of Meditech preferred Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills required Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills Computer skills including knowledge of and applied experience using Healthcare systems Highly developed critical thinking, practical problem solving, and organizational skills Ability to complete Human Resources functions such as interviewing, performance assessments, investigations and disciplinary meetings Why Choose Humber River Health?
