THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager, Inventory Control, Corporate, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing and verifying the integrity of the data entered in the various systems, as well as ensuring that procedures are followed and processes are compliant by all parties involved.
- Follow-up with the appropriate person/department concerning the various inventory movements in the supply chain, between the systems, bring the appropriate analysis and complete the necessary corrections.
- Verify, analyze, and explain inventory variances between systems.
- Ensure the integrity of costs in the system (ERP).
- Produce various inventory reports for fiscal month-end reconciliation.
- Ensure that all inventory processes are followed by the various stakeholders.
- Seize optimization opportunities (existing tools, processes, specific situations, tools to be developed, etc.) to increase efficiency.
- Work in close collaboration with various internal stakeholders regarding specific situations, issues, gaps and/or processes related to inventories.
- Support the manager and the team to accomplish all other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Professional degree in a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excel advanced level.
- Dynamic and flexible in accomplishing tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Bilingualism, an asset.
