A day in the life of the Credit Collections Associate includes:

- Efficiently collecting accounts receivable while maintaining excellent customer service
- Prompt identification and follow-up on overdue accounts, clear record-keeping, and customer assistance
- Monitoring accounts receivable, analyzing payment patterns, and ensuring timely settlements
- Modify customer profiles as needed and maintain customer records

For this role, come equipped with:

- Post-secondary education in accounting and/or credit management courses
- Minimum of 2-3 years of general business experience, with a specific focus on accounts receivable and collections
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office environment

In a perfect world, you have a proven track record of taking initiative and previous experience working with JD Edwards.
