**Position Overview**:
We are hiring for a hybrid **Bartender / Manager** role. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in intimate, hands-on settings and enjoys being both the face of the business and part of the decision-making behind it.

You’ll handle all the core responsibilities of bartending—including service, prep, cleanliness, and guest interaction—while also taking ownership of administrative tasks such as **inventory, scheduling, menu development**, and **daily operations management**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bartending Duties**:

- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and front-of-house
- Prep garnishes and snacks (mínimal cooking, mostly assembly/plating)
- Deliver warm, attentive service in a one-person-bar setup

**Managerial/Admin Duties**:

- Create and update cocktail and snack menus in collaboration with ownership
- Monitor and manage inventory and supply orders
- Create weekly schedules and assist in shift planning
- Track basic sales and labor metrics for reporting
- Ensure all health, safety, and licensing requirements are met

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience (craft cocktail knowledge a strong asset)
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Experience in scheduling, inventory, or small team management preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and quality ingredients
- Smart Serve (or local equivalent) certification required
