**Location**: East Hants Aquatic Centre, Elmsdale, NS

The East Hants Aquatic Centre is an inclusive and accessible aquatics facility featuring lap pool, leisure pool, lazy river, hot tub, waterslide and climbing wall, providing East Hants and surrounding areas with a diverse variety of aquatic programming and other recreation-based activities.

The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for greeting and directing patrons and answering inquiries as well as supporting participant registration, collection of fees, performing general reception duties and championing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors and staff.

**What you can offer**:

- Experience in a customer service-related role
- First Aid Certification an asset, willingness to obtain required
- Clean Criminal Records Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
- Experience with Point-of-Sale or Scheduling software or products would be an asset
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of inclusion and belonging in a service focused recreational environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
