WMS Analyst

Our Logistics Strategy & Optimization team is looking for a **WMS Analyst.** Reporting to the Director, Logistics Strategy and Optimization, you will use your expertise to analyze business needs and align functionality with software and hardware. You will review requirements, configure solutions, test ideas, and support production floor issues. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with various vendors to deliver the best solution as well as work with a variety of internal teams to ensure Standard Operating Procedures align with process functionality.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Capture business processes, and/or user requirements in a complex environment.
- Function as a liaison to the technical support staff for technical issues relating to user questions, problems and enhancements.
- Participate in problem analysis, develop specifications, and perform testing.
- Create ad hoc queries & design complex management reports.

***What We’re Looking For**:

- A college diploma is Logistics or Supply Chain Management with 1-2 year of job specific experience.
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment is required.
- Knowledge of Logistics solutions, and Enterprise Resource Planning solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work with mínimal supervision and in a team environment.
- Problem Solving and analysis skills with the ability to effectively prioritize, and to meet all targeted deadlines.
- Approachable, positive, and able to work with all levels within the organization.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL Developer, Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge and experience using Mobile Computers, and scanners an asset.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
