We are seeking a **Project Manager/Operations Manager** to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. This key role will play an integral part in overseeing our commercial steel stud framing, drywall projects, acoustical ceilings, and fire stopping services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead commercial steel stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and fire stopping projects from start to finish
- Coordinate project teams, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to project timelines
- Handle financial aspect of contracts, including budget management, progress billings, and cost control
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and change orders
- In depth monthly staff scheduling, including contractors and payroll employees
- Monthly progress and results meeting with management and ownership group
- Forecasting labour budgets and providing feedback to ownership on areas of need and scale
- Collaborate with subcontractors and support personnel involved in project execution
- Mentor, train, and provide leadership to project teams, promoting excellence in project delivery
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Project Management or Operations Management, with a focus on commercial steel stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and fire stopping projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management, and industry standards
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Safety background is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with project teams and clients
- Proficiency in project management software
- A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract

**Salary**: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
