**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors, physiotherapists, and massage therapists, to deliver integrated care.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical fitness levels, medical histories, and lifestyle factors.
- Design customized exercise programs to address clients' goals, whether it's improving mobility, strength, flexibility, or overall fitness.
- Guide and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and ensure their safety during sessions.
- Monitor and track clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs.
- Provide education and guidance on injury prevention, post-rehabilitation, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with current research, trends, and best practices in the field of kinesiology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field.
- Certification or registration as a Kinesiologist in Alberta.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent administrative and computer skills with the ability to deal with unique electronic medical records systems
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology.
- Experience in designing and implementing exercise programs for diverse populations.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness through exercise and movement.
