**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor machinery including lathes and other equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications for fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Utilize basic math skills to measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to package finished products efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the training of new operators on machinery operation and safety procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating lathes and understanding of logic controllers is a plus.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is advantageous for design interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality control inspections effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is preferred but not required.

- Die cutting with folded carton: 2 years (required)
