Job Overview

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow within our operations and customer support team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock checks.
- Communicate with shipping carriers and track deliveries.
- Respond to basic product inquiries, order updates, and assist with returns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping/receiving area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform other general warehouse and office support duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or customer service (an asset but not required).
- Comfortable lifting/moving packages up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Automotive parts knowledge is a plus but not necessary.
