Waterloo Manufacturing is a Boiler Sales and Service Company based in Waterloo. We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will manage the service department by overseeing the scheduling of work and administration procedures to approve billing and purchasing for the service department and provide quotes for customers and the sales team.

Qualifications:

- Must have 5+ years of related experience
- Enjoy coordinating, arranging, and scheduling the work of multiple employees to maximize team efficiency and performance
- to-face, and over the phone.
- Be proficient with MS Office and other computer programs
