**Position: VFX Production Assistant**
**Location: Montreal, QC**
**Facility: Crafty Apes**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide administrative support to the Head of Studio, Production Coordinators, Managers, and Producers as needed.
- Work with IT and courier companies to organize hardware deliveries. Coordinate and track the distribution and collection of company hardware to employees.
- Work with HR and IT to track the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Plan, organize and facilitate both in-person and virtual studio events. Work directly with prospective vendors and venues, manage event budgets, and provide ongoing updates to the Head of Studio.
- Communicate studio updates and other information to employees.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve issues as they arise.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BA/BS is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written French and English skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace is an asset.
- Experience working with Photoshop and Canva is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently with tight deadlines.
- Ability to exercise independent decision making and creative judgement.
- Ability to lift and move boxes that are up to 20lbs.
