Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a nurturing and educational environment. If you have a love for working with children and a strong background in early childhood education, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English (bilingual skills are a plus)
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire young children
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Knowledge of special education practices (preferred but not required)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance

Pay: $23.86-$24.86 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
