Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. **Duties**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and development
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom

**Skills**:

- Excellent computer skills for utilizing educational software programs
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Experience working with children in a professional setting
- Knowledge of
regulations and guidelines for early childhood education
- Ability to educate and engage children through various teaching methods
- Proficient in reading, writing, and documenting children's progress
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
- Leadership skills to guide and inspire young learners
- Organizational skills to manage classroom materials, resources, and schedules

**Requirements**:

- Valid teaching certification or license required (if applicable)
- CPR and First Aid certificate
- Background check clearance

**Salary**: $23.86-$26.86 per hour
