**Your Role on Our Team: Show Home Host (Junior Sales Support)**

As a Show Home Host at Minto, you’ll be the welcoming face of one of our newest master-planned communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in real estate while learning from an experienced sales team. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Sales Centre and show homes, assist with customer inquiries, and help create a warm, professional, and engaging experience for all visitors.

In This Role, You Will:

- Greet and assist prospective homebuyers and Realtors visiting the Sales Centre and show homes.
- Provide general information about the community, home types, and availability (training provided).
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the Sales Centre and show homes.
- Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks such as preparing marketing materials, organizing documents, and updating basic customer information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing visitor traffic logs.
- Help track and document customer feedback and questions for follow-up by the Sales Team.
- Learn and use basic CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to support lead tracking and communication.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to grow your knowledge of the real estate sales process.
- Work weekends and some evenings as part of a rotating schedule.

We Would Like You to Have:

- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- A willingness to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
- The ability to travel to and from the Sales Centre independently.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is an asset.
