**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take accurate body measurements and consult customers on style and fit
- Cut fabric and stitch garments to perfection based on customer preferences
- Perform alterations and adjustments with high finishing standards
- Work on premium fabrics and handle delicate embroidery with care
- Manage fitting sessions and ensure timely delivery of stitched outfits
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tailoring section
- Train and guide junior tailors if required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a tailor (preferably in men’s ethnic & formal wear)
- Expertise in stitching suits, blazers, sherwanis, kurta-pajamas, and waistcoats
- Ability to work with various fabrics like linen, silk, brocade, and wool
- Attention to detail and high-quality finishing
- Basic communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, or English
- Professional attitude and customer-friendly approach
