**What You‘ll Do**
As our Clinic Coordinator, you will be the heart of our practice - the first friendly face clients see and the key player ensuring smooth daily operations. Your role includes:
- Front Desk Support - Scheduling appointments, managing intake forms, and processing payments.
- Quality Assurance - Keeping client records up to date, managing payments, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Office Management - Maintaining a well-organized, welcoming space and keeping everything running efficiently.

**Your Experience & Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in client care, customer service, or front-desk roles (preferably in a medical office or mental health clinic).
- Psychology undergraduate students and graduates are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of OWL Practice Management is a plus

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
