McCabes Irish Pub and Grill is looking for a daytime bartending/serving supervisor.

We are looking for someone charismatic, enjoy working in a team environment and maintain a positive energy while under pressure, able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised, Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics; self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently.

Bar Supervisors are responsible for:
Assisting with bar operations, ensuring that customers receive the best service possible, maintaining stock and maintaining health and safety standards within the bar.

Handle guest concerns and complaints

Able to give direction/delegate tasks to other staff members on the floor.

Able to multi-task while making server drinks and maintaining your own tables.

Maintaining dayside paperwork and handle deliveries that came in.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- serving: 2 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
