The role of the Partner Success Team within Gateway is to engage and onboard partners, ensuring both organizational and client success, in collaboration with other teams within Gateway. The Partner Success Corporate Partner’s Specialist role is essential to the team as this individual will develop and manage a portfolio of corporate partners to sustain and grow ISC’s ability to support newcomers. This role will be responsible for the entirety of the process from the development of the corporate partner strategy, to identifying potential partners, booking meetings, demonstrating, and onboarding the partner to the Gateway platform. This person will also be the main point of contact, nurturing and further developing relationships.

Each partner relationship brings a new perspective on how to further develop their business, and a new challenge to try to solve. Each partnership is unique, creating a journey that supports their business goals.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
This role will be responsible for:

- Working with management to develop, evaluate, and enhance the organization’s corporate (business) partner strategy to align with the organizational strategic plan, including client needs and revenue generation
- Managing a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management, including the identification and sourcing of partnership opportunities by building a pipeline by identifying, researching, and engaging local, regional, and national organizations
- Identifying potential leads to form a broader partnership network by conducting research and developing strategies and ideating solutions tailored to prospective partner business goals
- Ensuring organizational readiness by working collaboratively with other departments within Gateway to progress partnerships
- Overseeing execution of corporate partner agreements and evaluating and expanding upon current corporate partnerships
- Working collaboratively with Resource Development and Operations departments to offer varying opportunities for collaboration to new and current partners (e.g., referrals, sponsorships, donations, grants, etc.)
- Coordinating and hosting engagements for signed corporate partners and potential partners
- Working alongside Partner Success Coordinator to ensure partner communication is effectively managed within the CRM platform (Salesforce)
- Accountable for personal goals, strategies, and metrics; participating in ongoing and regular assessment of progress toward goals and data-informed decision making
- Working with Partner Success Manager on other identified tasks related to corporate partner engagement

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field of HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Social Sciences, etc.
- 3+ years of related experience coordinating and managing multiple projects while working within tight deadlines required
- 2+ years in a corporate partner / stakeholder engagement preferred
- Previous experience in environments where goals or metrics were required to be met within specified timeframes preferred
- Experience with corporate/sponsorship sales and proven track record for success
- Strong customer service skillset or experience
- Exemplary interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
- Previous change management experience considered an asset
- Multicultural awareness and sensitivity
- Flexible and goal driven
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, computer skills
- Strong understanding of data and analytics
