**Position Title: Home Care Worker**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support and assistance to individuals who require care in their own homes. **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, respecting their dignity, privacy, and individuality.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to medication schedules and safety protocols.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up living spaces to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations, activities, and recreational pursuits.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health, behavior, or condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals or supervisors.
- Escort clients to appointments, errands, or social outings as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being during transportation.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the care team, including family members, caregivers, nurses, and healthcare professionals, to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care.
- Document care activities, observations, and relevant information accurately and timely in client records and reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions effectively.
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy with a commitment to client confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques, hygiene practices, and safety procedures.
- Physical stamina and agility to perform caregiving tasks and assist clients with mobility.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (if required).
- Successful completion of background checks and screenings.

**How to Apply**:

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
