We are seeking a motivated **Front End Loader Operator** to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in our sales operations by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. **Key Responsibilities**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load client trucks accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
- Produce Carr caddies, caddy bags, and 50lb bulk material bags.
- Grade the yard to manage water drainage and minimize mud.
- Monitor and manage by-products from the screening operation.
- Clean, fuel, and perform routine maintenance on equipment post-shift.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop, warehouse, and storage containers.
- Support stone order processing when necessary.

**Physical & Labor Expectations**:
This role involves **moderate to heavy physical labor**, including but not limited to:

- Shoveling and cleaning loader buckets to prevent material contamination.
- Lifting and loading 50lb bags of soil, mulch, and aggregates into client vehicles.
- Handling and producing caddy bags in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Cleaning and maintaining the screening plant and surrounding areas for safe operation.
- Setting up water pumps and/or digging small ditches for proper water runoff.
- Cleaning aggregate and mulch bins to reduce contamination risks.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment (loaders, screening plants, etc.) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures and SOPs.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist in other yard operations as needed.

**Preferred**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 3 years (preferred)
