Product Maintenance Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the daily maintenance of returned and damaged products in the GL Business Unit. The items to be repaired are mainly beauty and health care equipment;
2. Assisting the sales team to complete the diagnosis and answering of after-sales problems to ensure customer satisfaction;
3. Assembling samples in the show room, and assisting customers in assembling product;
4. Assisting the e-commerce team to complete the return process, including return inspection, sorting and warehousing processes;
5. Sorting out after-sales problems, summarizing maintenance plans, and cooperate with the team to continuously improve the after-sales system;
6. Acting as an delivery driver during the busy business time to assist the sales team to complete the short-distance delivery of customer orders.

**Requirements**:
1. Professional skills and background requirements
- Professional equipment maintenance experience are preferred, with strong hands-on ability, and being interested in assembly and disassembly work;
- Canadian legal driver's license;
- Canadian legal work status;
- Beauty salons and big health industry lovers are preferred;Ø

2. Academic requirements
- No specific requirements, bachelor degree or above are preferred;
3. Language ability
- Basic English communication and writing skills

4. Personal traits
- Excellent hands-on ability, patience to solve problems and willingness to serve customers well;
- Optimistic, positive;
- Hardworking, full of passion, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand work intensity and pressure;
