We are currently seeking a **Life Insurance **Case Coordinator **for our client base across Canada.

As someone who is empathetic, professional, highly organized, and tenacious, you will bridge internal processes and teams to facilitate new requests. You will be required to effectively organize, prioritize, and collaborate to ensure we deliver efficient end to end service.

**Responsibilities**
- Review incoming claims to identify product needs.
- Communicate with clients claiming against inactive policies.
- Support claim adjudicators to move through their work.
- Educate and promote Manulife’s tools, resources, digital and self-serve opportunities with clients and advisors.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate case resolution across multiple areas, ensuring timely execution of all requests.
- Consistently maintain high performance targets while demonstrating the highest level of professionalism and empathy.

**What we are looking for**
- 2+ years progressive customer service skills.
- Experience in case coordination or adjudicating claims would be an asset.
- Ability to thrive in a high energy culture.
- Ability to think critically and move through work efficiently.
