We are also the exclusive distributor of Italy's finest Rio Mare, Lavazza and San Benedetto products in Canada. We are hiring General Labourers at our Sofina plant in Port Coquitlam, BC. No previous experience required We will provide you with on-the-job training in all production areas.
**WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER - Start time**: Between 4:50 pm - 5:05 pm, Monday to Friday - Overtime opportunities - Hourly rate: $18.00 to start - Hourly rate increases to $24.28 after two (2) years of employment. - Extended health benefits after probation - Dental Benefits after working 1000 hours - Short term disability benefits after working 4,160 hours - Pension Plan - Life insurance - Discount in meat products - Referral bonuses available if your refer a friend : Reporting to the Production Supervisor of the Department, the Production Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks that assist in the further processing of quality products to meet Company and Customer standards. Position works in a fast paced, production line style environment, doing repetitive work. RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for processing bone-out products by removing skin, excess fat and bones from meat portions.
- Any other duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: - English, written and spoken - Able to perform repetitive tasks, hand-eye coordination, stand for extended periods, attention to details and work in a fast-paced environment.
