**YOU WILL**:
These roles are key positions in the heart of the house, our Kitchen.

**_Line Cook_** - Produce all assigned menu items in a consistent and efficient manner while following specifications, recipes and restaurant guidelines.

**_Dishwasher_** - Responsible for keeping the kitchen sanitary. Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Keep the kitchen dish area and equipment clean and organized.

**_Prep Cook_** - Responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner.

**JOB POSITION : LINE COOK**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain quality and speed of output.
- Knowledge of our food program specifications and plating methods.
- Must maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety programs.

- Previous experience in faced paced kitchen

**JOB POSITION : DISHWASHER**

**Responsibilities**:

- Wash and sanitize all plateware and kitchenware
- Store clean dishes and equipment appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area

- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and sanitation rules
- Reliable
**JOB POSITION : PREP COOK**

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily preparation of food items in the pantry and stations,
- Follows recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant,
- Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness of fridges, freezer and dry storage
**Key Attributes**:

**VOUS ALLEZ**:
Ces rôles sont des postes clés dans notre restaurant.

**_Cuisinier(ère_**) - Produire tous les articles du menu assignés de manière cohérente et efficace tout en respectant les spécifications, les recettes et les directives du restaurant.

**_Plongeur(euse)_** - Vous êtes responsable de l'hygiène de la cuisine. Laver et nettoyer la vaisselle, les casseroles, les poêles et l'équipement de cuisson. Maintenir la vaisselle et l'équipement de la cuisine propres et organisés.

**_Cuisinier de préparation_** - Préparer des aliments de haute qualité de façon rapide, efficace, sanitaire et uniforme.

**POSTE : CUISINIER(ÈRE)**

**Responsabilités**:

- Maintenir la qualité et la rapidité de la production.
- Connaissance des spécifications de notre programme alimentaire et des méthodes de placage.
- Doit maintenir la propreté et adhérer aux programmes de santé et de sécuritéde l’entreprise.
**Compétences recherchés**:

- Expérience antérieure dans une cuisine au rythme soutenu.
- Passionné(e) par la nourriture
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
- Solides compétences en communication
- Fiabilité et esprit d'équipe positif.
**POSTE : PLONGEUR**

**Responsabilités**:

- Laver toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine.
- Ranger la vaisselle et l'équipement propres de façon appropriée
- Maintenir la propreté de la cuisine
**Compétences recherchés**:

- Gestion du temps et motivation dans un lieu de travail occupé.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
