Job Overview
RIFO Mortgage Services is seeking motivated and knowledgeable Mortgage Agents or Mortgage Agent Teams to join our dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Mortgage Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the mortgage process with confidence and ease. You'll work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, guide them through mortgage options, and secure the most suitable loan products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess mortgage needs and gather relevant financial information
- Analyze income, credit, and asset profiles to determine loan eligibility
- Present and negotiate loan products and terms with lenders on behalf of clients
- Maintain exceptional customer service from pre-approval through funding
- Stay informed of lending guidelines, interest rate trends, and market changes
- Coordinate with underwriters, lenders, and legal representatives to ensure timely closings

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Mortgage Agent License (FSRA Ontario)
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.) are a strong asset
- Strong understanding of mortgage and lending products, including residential, commercial, and private lending
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in negotiation and decision-making
- Proficiency with Excel and digital mortgage platforms (Filogix, BOSS pro, etc.)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team
- Existing book of business or referral network preferred, but not required

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
