**C'est un nouveau poste Idéal pour une personne qui maîtrise la comptabilité mais avec un intérêt pour les systèmes ERP**.

Les responsabilités de l'employé sont, de façon générale, d’être en charge de la comptabilité financière et de supporter le volet administratif/informatique des opérations.

**Gestion de la comptabilité (70%)**:

- Être la personne
du logiciel ERP de préférence NETSUITE/ORACLE.
- En charge de la paye avec DesjardinsD;
- Fin de mois, amortissement, écritures de paie, remise taxes, conciliation;
- Module Fournisseurs (ex : entrée des factures, validation des GLs, payables);
- Module Clients (facturation-collection);
**Gestion administrative et support aux opérations (30%)**:

- Assister le Directeur Général dans la gestion des achats fournisseurs et suivis des réceptions.;
- Effectuer la mise à jour des différents documents administratifs internes. (certification Eco, tableaux de suivi, chiffriers, etc.).
- Petit volet RH: aide au processus d’accueil/départ des employés;
**Votre profil**:

- Bonne connaissance d’un logiciel ERP, de préférence **Netsuite;**:

- Expérience minimum 3 ans dans le cycle comptable complet;
- Diplôme universitaire. Membre CPA un atout;
- Bonne maîtrise de **l’anglais écrit et parlé.**

**Ce que nous offrons**:

- Travail Hybride (Télétravail et présentiel);
- Une rémunération entre 30$/h et 45$/h selon l'expérience;
- Flexible sur le nombre d'heures par semaine (minimum 25 heures).

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, Temps partiel

Rémunération : 30,00$ à 45,00$ par heure

Heures prévues : de 25 à 40 par semaine
