Are you a **natural storyteller** who loves creating connections? Are you passionate about **autism advocacy and community engagement**? We are looking for a **Director** to oversee **Internal & External Communications & Fund Development** to amplify our mission, engage our supporters, and build meaningful relationships that make a lasting impact.

This is not just a communications job—this is about **being the voice** of our organization, bringing staff, families, and the broader community together through authentic, impactful messaging. You will report to the Executive Director and work with a strong team of Directors. You will craft compelling stories, build partnerships, and lead fundraising efforts to ensure we continue to grow and serve autistic children and their families.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Internal Communications** - Keep staff informed, inspired, and connected through newsletters, updates, and engagement initiatives.
- **Community Engagement** - Build relationships with families, partners, and the broader community to spread awareness and strengthen support.
- **Media & Public Relations** - Share our story with the world through media outreach, branding, marketing, and social media.
