**Logistics Coordinator**

As an exciting and fast-growing leader within the international corporate event and tradeshow exhibit world, Pro-X Event is looking to expand their team with a well-organized and dedicated Logistics Coordinator who will take ownership over ensuring all customs and shipping related documents are completed with accuracy.

**Location**:

- Mississauga, Ontario (in-office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Completes all paperwork surrounding customs to ensure our equipment arrives at it’s given destination
- Book North American shipments with accuracy, including creating estimates and completing Bill of Lading
- Follow up with the management and production team to obtain information related to customs and shipping, such as weights, deadlines and budget
- Record and compile orders, forms and files from previous projects to reference for future projects for the same client, venue or conference center
- Become an expert in the variances between Canadian and USA projects, and the venues therein
- Flag issues or discrepancies that may arise in projects, and work with the team to solve them
- Positively communicate and collaborate across all departments within the organization

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in the virtual Microsoft Office suite and Google suite
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Highly organized with a keen eye for details and deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Experience with logistics and customs is an asset and priority
- Post secondary degree or diploma is an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
