For our 2025 Christmas season, we are seeking a seasonal store manager to manage and supervise Santa’ Ville at Les Promenades Gatineau. We are looking for an energetic and determined individual to join our current management team

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Ensure staff is placing great importance on customer service as customer service is integral to Santa’Ville
- Approach and greet all customers with a smile and answer inquiries to the best of your ability.
- Support team members and provide their daily task requirements
- Assign daily tasks and duties to staff members and ensure that all assigned tasks are completed
- Track and evaluate employee performance
- Ensure completion of tasks
- Raise team morale and encourage a positive work environment
- Create weekly/biweekly schedules and ensure employee hours are balanced.
- Provide oversight for employees who call in sick including arranging replacements as necessary.
- Facilitate Inventory management responsibilities among the team
- Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts
- Report and log all broken/damaged inventory
- Manage overstock
- Daily inventory replenishment
- Log and report all inventory discrepancies
- Maintain the kiosk/store including ensuring it is presentable and clean throughout the day
- Ensure the Point of Sale (POS) device is working properly
- Communicate with HR personnel

**Qualifications**
- 1 - 3 years retail/customer service management experience
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Must be a team player with good communication, people management, and organization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, based on business needs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be fluent in French

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $21.25-$22.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
