**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Supervise and train staff on best practices in retail sales, cash handling, and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Monitor budgetary expenses and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Utilize POS systems for transaction processing and inventory tracking.
- Analyze market trends to determine pricing strategies and promotional opportunities.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among employees.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while ensuring a safe shopping environment for customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management in a retail context.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
- Ability to analyze market data for strategic decision-making regarding pricing and promotions.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing store operations.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales growth.

Pay: $19.86-$23.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
