**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members.
- Train employees on food handling procedures, customer service techniques, and operational protocols.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling regulations.
- Experience in hospitality settings is a plus, particularly in hotels or restaurants.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
