**Business Planning Analyst**

We are looking for a Business Planning Analyst to join our Product and Business Planning team As the Business Planning Analyst, you will be utilizing your keen sense for data analysis to analyze product sell-through, update sales and purchase forecasts, and analyze P&L.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate product trends and run rate
- Perform competitive market analysis for trends and promotions
- Estimate rolling month-end inventory based on forecast
- Communicate the purchase plan to the Sales team
- Compare and analyze variances between monthly budgets and actuals, and provide commentary
- Prepare revenue budget plans for assigned products and present to the manager
- Follow-up with Canon Japan on shipment and delivery orders

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- Post-Secondary education with a focus on supply chain or business administration
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Strong ability to analyze forecasts
- Experience with P&L, analysis of and providing recommendations based on P&L
- Excellent computer and technical skills - focus on MS Excel Vlookups, Pivots and If-statements
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
- French or Japanese is considered an asset
