Then the role of being the Wellings of Lloydminster’s Property Manager may be perfect for you.
The Property Manager is responsible for creating, stimulating, and maintaining a vibrant Wellings Community, one that attracts and retains prospective community members, suppliers and the broader community at large. You will foster an environment that enables existing Community Members to live life to their fullest potential.
Key areas of responsibilities include leasing, property & suite maintenance, financial reporting, member relations, and broader community engagement.
A typical day might include doing a tour in the morning, signing a lease at noon and then in the afternoon preparing a suite for turnover by doing some basic drywall repairs, painting, and unit cleaning so it is shining for the next Community Member to move in.
The focus of this job is making connections with people, a poised and engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm is the key to achieving the goals of this job. The work involves achieving results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals is essential.
In general, the core of this position requires a motivated Community builder. The job has a variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. It is not just a sales role, nor is it just a property maintenance role. It is a hybrid; variety will be the order of the day and the manager will need to be able to dynamically switch between the tasks at hand while at the same time maintaining focus and priorities.

- Able to manage Member issues, conflicts and concerns;
- Basic painting, plumbing, drywall handyman types of skills;
- Financial and computer literacy;
- Strong commitment to results;
- Project management skills especially in regard to scheduling Member move-ins;
- Strong organization capabilities with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities;
- Extroverted, stimulating communicator, someone who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis.
