Join our team as a Day Porter, where your main job is to keep the public spaces in our facility clean and welcoming. This is a daytime position with a few important tasks.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces within facilities in accordance with Edon Management’s standards and facility contract requirements
- Work together with building operations team to achieve service objectives
- Back up Coverage of Front Reception when required.
- Ensure buildings are secure when the facility is not in use, reporting any unauthorized occupants
- Respond to urgent clean-up situations immediately
- Wash and polish entrance areas, including glass doors and other glass fixtures (display cabinets, etc.)
- Ensure interior and exterior waste receptacles are emptied as needed, including ashtrays and sand urns
- Assist with Loading Dock deliveries if Reception is busy.

**_**Who we are looking for?**
- Basic understanding of English (reading and writing)
- Previous custodial experience considered an asset
- Strong customer relations skills
