**Job Summary**:
Our National Call Center operates from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, and supports all locations from BC through to Ontario time zones.
This role requires someone who can actively listen, pay attention to detail and take clients on a journey to select the best solution for their needs. Becoming an expert in the storage solutions space, understanding the different markets and geographical requirements takes someone who enjoys learning and problem solving. Our goal is to make sure all our clients have a best-in-class experience from start to finish.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Monitor multiple inboxes for online web inquiries for input into lead management software.
- Driven to look for new opportunities and generate new leads, B2B or B2C.
- Prospect, pitch, and close on a variety of product and service lines
- Prompt follow-up with prospects and clients to close the sale
- Provide detailed and accurate quotes.
- Actively listening and providing creative solutions to customers.
- Liaise with the facility, dispatch, and other internal partners.
- Deliver great customer experience with a positive demeanor.
- Upselling merchandise to help clients with their moving or storage needs.
- Takes the initiative to find new opportunities, build the pipeline and follow up.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- 2 + years of Direct Call Center or Inside Sales via phone experience
- Strong ability to negotiate, persuade and handle objections
- Previous sales or cold calling experience an asset.
- Comfortable with inbound and outbound, phone-based sales
- Ability to manage and achieve sales targets
- Problem solving abilities and looking for creative solutions
- Results-focused and driven to succeed.
- Relationship builder and able to engage with variety of prospects and personalities.
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $47,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

We follow all provincial and federal guidelines, we provide PPE and sanitizer for all employees and customers. We have the ability to socially distance in most of our facilities and many of our roles can work from home if necessary.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Westminster, BC V3L 5M4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
