As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a role in increasing our brand awareness and generating exciting new sales opportunities. You’ll represent us at trade shows and events, showcasing what makes Avello Inc unique.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Build and nurture trusting relationships with potential customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively inform and engage customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly to maximize satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and timelines.
- Act as our spokesperson at trade shows, embodying the Avello brand.
- Analyze market potential, track sales metrics, and provide status reports.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Previous experience in retail sales is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- An outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine passion for meeting new people.
- A professional attitude and approach to customer interactions.
- Quick learner with a strong drive for results.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
