As a Retail Sales Associate, you will welcome and assist customers, determine their needs, make recommendations, and process sales through our POS system. You will strive to make our customers feel valued. You will learn the features and benefits of our coffee and products to ensure our customers have the information they require to make a satisfactory purchase.
As an Order Fulfillment Clerk, you will back up our Order Fulfillment Manager with tasks including (but not limited to) picking, packing & shipping orders; picking & receiving stock transfers.
Other duties will include some data entry as it relates to our other departments.
**Duties**
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
**Qualifications**
- Enjoy drinking coffee & tea
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of technology products is mandatory
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
