**ABOUT AERO TRADING**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of international shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy. You’ll work closely with the sales and logistics teams to manage exports, organize vessel schedules, and oversee shipping logistics to key global markets such as Japan, China, and the UK.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Maintain an accurate log of delivery locations, cargo in transit, and any other details pertaining to shipment delivery (unloading supplies, freight costs, etc.)
- Coordinate and arrange deliveries of stock to and from various on and off-site locations
- Maintain database of large-scale inventory
- Organize loading and unloading times of various active commercial fishing vessels
- Oversee shipping logistics for deliveries going from Vancouver to international locations (Japan, China, UK etc.)
- Ensure accurate operation procedures from start to finish.
- Provide hands on support to production crew members as needed.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of the role - no prior logistics experience required
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills (data entry and organizing information).
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Fluent English skills; fluency in Japanese is an asset.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work well with the team.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Knowledge of international seafood markets and regulations.
