**SPEEDERS Kart Tech**

Join this exciting, growing company as a member of the Operations Team in SPEEDERS. The primary goal of the Kart Tech is to care for the kart fleet to ensure we meet racing demands and maintain karts for an optimal driving experience for our customers.

**Kart Tech Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the performance and results of the shop
- Following shop systems, policies and procedures, including reporting required for Management
- Communicate issues with karts to the Management team and other kart techs.
- Keep karts free from operational issues and ensure they are safe to race.
- Maintaining charging systems and remote equipment
- Complete kart inspections and repair paperwork
- Maintaining and reporting weekly logs of kart repairs
- Ensure parts inventory is ordered, stocked, maintained and organised,
- Caring for tools on hand and ordering replacements when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe shop

**Education and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- No physical limitations that would restrict lifting, pulling and moving equipment and karts
- Able to multitask, problem solve, respect process and have strong organisational skills
- Mechanical aptitude and able to work with hands
- Able to work full time shifts, which would include weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
