Warranty Claims Administrator

Sterling Ford Sales has an immediate and urgent opening for a Warranty Claims Administrator. The responsibilities of a Warranty Claims Administrator include processing and reviewing claims, overseeing fraudulent claims, and monitoring and maintaining warranty documents.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reviews completed work order and ensure the appropriate customer concern, causal part and condition codes are on the claim prior to submission.
- Codes the appropriate Service Labour Time Standards Operations and/or ensures they have been entered on the claim.
- Ensures that repair authorization codes have been entered on the claim when necessary.
- Submits claim for payment in a prompt and timely manner.
- Reconciles any returned repairs, supporting documentation requests and repairs scheduled for deletion etc.
- Also responsible for the warranty parts return process.
- Liaising with manufacturers.
- Keeping up-to-date with company announcements and factory recalls.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a warranty clerk.
- Computer literate.
- Good mathematical skills and business acumen.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience with vehicles and parts. (Ford preferably)
- You must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
Work hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Salary range is 58 000 to 63 000. Depending on experience.
