**Job Description Summary**:
Are you an individual that wants to aggressively pursue automation to improve velocity? The Manager, Finance Systems, is accountable for managing all aspects of STEMCELL’s Financial Systems including implementation, operation, expansion, support, and maintenance activities. They will develop and implement short and long-term Enterprise Systems' roadmaps and strategies to ensure Technology meets and supports STEMCELL's business vision and objectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage, coach, develop and evaluate direct reports through regular one-on-one and team meetings; set team goals, conduct performance reviews; make compensation recommendations for direct reports

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting
- 10+ years of progressively senior experience in an SAP ERP environment (FICO), and 3+ years of end-to-end implementations, and major upgrade projects
- 3+ years of professional experience managing a team of SAP support teams
- Knowledge of SAP best practices, processes, and methodologies, competence in more than one functional and technical area, detailed knowledge of SAP architecture, detailed knowledge of SAP's change control methodologies, budgeting, and estimation
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully communicating with multiple departments
